¡Hola! Welcome to Ola Yoga. We are grateful for your presence.

We know that the world has been undergoing intense waves of change. Our lives and the lives of our families, friends and loved ones are experiencing great changes, too. During such times, it is helpful to return to the tried and true practices that we know are good for us and that help contribute to our total physical and mental wellbeing.

For years, we have turned to yoga. When things are going smoothly, we practice yoga. When life is difficult, when it isn’t going our way, when we don’t know what else to do, we practice yoga. We use it as an anchor, a rock, when the waves get rough.

As we witness and experience the changes that occur in our lives on an ongoing basis, we turn to yoga. And in order to help our friends and community hold on to this anchor of yoga, we continuing to offer yoga classes virtually via Zoom, as well as increasing options for face-to-face classes. Classes are offered on a donation basis. Students are invited to offer a donation if they choose, or they can choose to pay it forward by sharing classes to their own friends and family in order to share the love of yoga.
